How to order

Choose your products
The catalogue lists every product with its size, price and reference.

Send us a message
Tell us the reference or name, size and quantity of each product, your name and your delivery address.

We confirm with you
We reply with availability, the total including delivery and how to pay. Usually within 24 hours on working days.
- 4
We ship
Once paid, we prepare your order within 5 working days and send it with CTT, or arrange a pickup in Guimarães.

Orders are prepared within 5 working days.

If a product is out of stock, we order it from the supplier, which adds up to 10 working days before it ships.
For delivery outside the European Union, ask us.
Payment
We tell you how to pay when we confirm your order.
Returns
Sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons an opened product can only be returned if it is faulty. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we replace or refund it, delivery included.
